Emberfall Chronicle
★★★★★ 4.6
Emberfall Chronicle is the rare mobile RPG that respects your reading. The dialogue has real personality, the party members argue with each other in ways that feel human, and the main quest kept me guessing past the point where most of these games lose steam.
Combat is turn-based and leans on positioning. You slot characters into front and back rows, chain elemental reactions, and manage a stamina gauge that stops you from spamming your strongest moves. It is forgiving enough to play with one hand but opens up nicely once you start building around specific party synergies.
My only complaint is the amount of menu-tapping to manage gear, but that is the genre tax. If you want a proper RPG you can play in chunks, this is an easy recommendation.
